Our client is already established in the supply of agrochemicals to the UK industry and seeks an individual to develop and deliver a direct to farm technical service business.  Ideally you will have commercial management experience, existing farm business and the ability to attract additional individuals to an innovative and entrepreneurial business model.

Equity is available from outset in addition to market competitive remuneration. At this embryonic stage location is less important than the calibre of the individual.
