Working as part of a close team and reporting at director level, the roles carry accountability for the development and maintenance of farm customer relationships to ensure consistent and timely crop availability.

Ambition, personality and a desire to “go the extra mile” to delight customers will be a critical part of your make-up along with the ability to work as an integral part of an office based team.

For individuals with existing experience of grain procurement there is the opportunity to become more involved in trading, for trainees there is the potential to build a career. Remuneration levels are competitive and full training is available although individuals that can demonstrate levels of communication with UK farmers will be preferred.
