Working directly with the senior management within a small and cohesive team the roles carry accountability for business development via a combination of direct to farm sales, distributor support/motivation and potentially agent recruitment and development.
Professionalism, confidence and the drive to deliver results with the minimum of management direction will be prerequisite, as is a successful track record selling ruminant related products directly and via merchants. We are also interested to hear from agents looking to extend their portfolio.
