Selling direct to farmers the role carries responsibility for the increase of both turnover and profitability targeting professional farmers that value the exceptional quality of attention and service provided by this highly focussed business.

 

Previous experience and BASIS is preferable but we will consider individuals with the charisma, energy and intelligence to develop into well respected on-farm advisors.

 

Remuneration is flexible and will reflect the value that you deliver to the business, as part of a small team you will have the opportunity for involvement in a broad range of activities.
