Two exciting career opportunities have arisen to join the Agricultural Solutions division.

Campaign Manager (UK & IRE)- location Cheadle (Head office) or home based

The primary objective of the role is to lead, set direction and ensure successful implementation of push/pull multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns which exceed customer expectations, build Brand equity and deliver sustainable business performance for BASF. Activities will include budget development, planning and implementing campaigns  (including the launch of new products and solutions), providing market intelligence and using appropriate market research techniques to test the effectiveness of activity.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with a good knowledge of marketing campaign processes and possess excellent communication, creativity and interpersonal skills. Some leadership experience would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of the market, influencers and products.

Agronomy Manager ( East Mids, Lincs & Notts)

The primary objective of the role is to create demand for BASF Agricultural Solutions products, through developing strong relationships with agronomists, farmers and other relevant key influencers within your territory. Financial KPIs will be achieved through sound agronomy leadership and focused contact plans.
In addition you will support the development of specific marketing campaigns and longer term planning.
This position is home based and requires the BASIS Award in Crop Protection as a prerequisite, with several years commercial and technical experience gained within the arable sector. The role also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the proven ability to influence the relevant target audience.
