What you can expect As the Country Sales Manager P&SS, you will utilize and work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, Regional Marketing, Technical personnel, Key Country sales experts and the crop organization to maximize sales across all P&SS segments.
o You will be responsible for delivering Net sales and Profit targets for Business segments within the Professional & Specialty Solutions Business in Europe.
o You will also generate Demand with end users for P&SS products and solutions.
o You will provide training to end users and Distributors, supporting the Key Account Management process, managing the distributor network and relationships in collaboration with other stakeholders.
o Specifically for the Beneficial Nematodes and other biological products from P&SS and for the turf segment, you will be the Key Account Manager for the UK.
o In addition, you will track and report overall P&SS Business including qualitative commentary about development, key issues or topics.
o You will plan, budget and forecast accurately including attendance as required at local S&OP meetings.
o You will manage and track product net and sales pricing and targeted increases.
o Finally, you will maintain awareness and contribution to country industry associations and other influencers and foster support from the crop organization.
What we expect
o Educated ideally to graduate level, you have more than 5 years’ experience in a relevant sector commercial or sales role, with strong technical and commercial product knowledge in the P&SS sector.
o You have a proactive approach to key account management and customer relationship management processes.
o In addition, you are a proven relationship builder at all levels including Company owners and senior influencers.
o You are able to operate with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
o You understand how to influence and create demand for products and are able to deliver accurate and on time business information as requested.
o As well as excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of English, you have a high level of tactical and operational skills.
o You have experience in managing people (target setting, appraisals, giving directions, development etc.)
o Finally, you are willing to travel frequently within the territory.
