Environmental & Sustainability Manager
Working as part of the management team and operating within the member and customer base, the appointed person will be responsible for creating and communicating relevant and practical advice, and realizable services, ensuring that our members, based across Southern Scotland, are able to meet and exceed legislative and environmental requirements.
Already established within, or passionate about, the agricultural environmental sector, you will need to demonstrate an experience of carbon footprint assessments along with an understanding of soil and/or livestock management systems, FACTS certification is highly beneficial. The ability to work successfully with a wide range of farming businesses and internal specialists is pre-requisite.
