Sales Excellence Manager (Agricultural Solutions)
Cheadle, Manchester

You will be responsible for leading the Commercial strategy review, commercial concept testing and terms development to achieve financial targets through the development and implementation of effective offers and policies across the market to differentiate BASF and deliver sustainable market performance.
The remit will include building terms and testing offers with the Key Account Managers and Head of Sales along with tracking and managing the implementation of agreements, rebate milestones and compliance.

In addition you will lead the strategic planning for Farming Companies and Farm Buying Groups. You will deal with the development and implementation of commercial tactics and strategy that deliver yearly financial targets through an integrated plan with regional sales teams, marketing and Key Account Managers. Finally, you will be responsible for sales reporting and monthly sales steering: including KPI development and tracking for key accounts and Regional Sales teams.

Educated to degree level in a science or business related subject and preferably BASIS/CPA part III qualified, you will have a proven record of creative commercial concept development and implementation of complex commercial offers with preferably 3+ years’ commercial experience within an agricultural or related industry.
