UK Sales & Marketing Manager
Working as part of the senior team, based in East Anglia, and reporting to the Managing Director, the role carries responsibility for ensuring a “best practice” approach to growth and profit delivery across a geographically spread and diverse field sales team.
To meet the needs of this progressive and customer focussed client you should possess a demonstrable track record of improving performance through people, show strategic capability in a commercially driven environment and possess well developed communication skills. Experience within the seed or allied industries will be beneficial.
In return our client offers an attractive remuneration package comprising all components expected from a blue-chip employer. There is also realise-able career development potential within the global parent company. There will be a minimum requirement for 2 days a week to be office based.
