Head of Agronomy
To continue the growth of their established crop protection business they seek a motivated and capable agronomist to develop and deliver the team and strategy. Working with the owners, responsibility will encompass from product selection, through commercial negotiation and the development and realization of effective sales and advisory activity.
Ideally the successful candidate will have an existing customer portfolio along with the ability and desire to influence and create a real “fit for future” crop protection business. Our client trades across Wales and the English border counties and we are flexible on location if it is within the trading area.
